One file, no installer
Download a single executable and run it. Nothing is written to the registry, no background service is left behind, and deleting the file is the whole uninstall.

Real LiteMoe windows: the built-in Classic Moe pack, ready on first run.
What you get
Speaks Shimeji
Skin packs built for Shimeji over the years import as they are. Unzip, pick the pack, and the mascot walks onto your desk.
Updates at your pace
The built-in updater watches the stable channel by default; switch to preview when you want new tricks first. Old versions stay listed in the changelog.
Up and running in three steps
1
Get a pack
A pack is usually a .zip archive. Community sites index thousands of them; pick one you like and download it. LiteMoe never requires a pack from a specific site.
2Import it in LiteMoe
Open the LiteMoe panel, choose Import skin pack, and pick the archive you downloaded. Drag-and-drop works too, once a pet is on your desk.
3Say hello
LiteMoe unpacks the pack and the character walks onto your desk. Switch, resize, or retire it from the same panel at any time.
The next step is a download
Free to use, no account needed. The guide covers imports and first steps.
